New March Meeting Date – 3/11/2020

Typically, our monthly homeowners association meeting take place on the third Tuesday of every month. However, the March 2020 meeting will take place on Wednesday, March 11th. The regular meeting will begin at approximately 6:30 p.m. This will be followed by a Town Hall meeting to discuss the upcoming rooftop project with the project’s architect Mark Savel. Rooftop Construction Suggestions & Meeting Minutes

Thank you to everyone that attended the Town Hall meeting on Tuesday, February 18, 2020, to discuss the upcoming rooftop construction project. This project is going to be the largest undertaking the building has experienced since its last conversion in 2006. As part of the construction process, we (the Board and management) would like to hear any suggestions that you may have. Should you have any suggestions that you would like to share, please email management at or stop by the management office located on the third floor. All suggestions will be relayed to the project architect.

The approved meeting minutes from the General Session that occurred on Tuesday, January 21, 2020, are now available to everyone through your resident portal. If you would like a printed copy, they will be available for you at the front desk.

Association & Town Hall Meetings – Tuesday

On Tuesday, February 18th, the monthly Broadway Hollywood Association meeting will be held in the fitness center. The Association meeting is set to begin at 6:30 p.m. Immediately following the Association meeting, there will be a town hall meeting to discuss the upcoming rooftop reconstruction project. We look forward to seeing everyone there.

Councilmember Mitch O’Farrell at Next Association Meeting

Los Angeles City Councilmember Mitch O’Farrell, 13th District, will be at The Broadway Hollywood on Tuesday, January 21, 2020, for a Meet & Greet with residents. He will provide updates and take questions on the ‘Heart of Hollywood’ initiative, Walk of Fame Master Plan, and other important topics.

Parade Street Closures, Clothing Drive, & Safety Training

Beginning on Saturday, November 30th, the Los Angeles Police Department will begin setting up several road closures in the area due to the Hollywood Christmas Parade. The closure schedule is posted by the lobby elevators and there are print outs available at the front desk. Please note that the parade route goes directly in front of the building. During the parade, you will not be able to drive in or out of the building.

The first ever Broadway Hollywood Holiday Clothing Drive will start on Monday, December 2nd. All donations can be left at the front desk and will go to a local charity.

The building’s high-rise safety training has been scheduled for Wednesday, December 4th. As part of the training, a one hour class is specifically for residents. This class begins at 3:30 p.m. The location is TBD, but please reach out to management if you would like to attend. Following the resident class, a fire drill will be performed. Alarms will be heard for approximately five minutes.
