Dear Broadway Hollywood Homeowners,
Voting materials for this year’s Association elections have been mailed out. If you haven’t received yours yet, please notify management immediately. Please turn in all voting material in the provided sealed envelope and return to management. The results of the election will be announced at the Annual Meeting on Tuesday, October 29th.
On Thursday, October 17th, a fire alarm test will be conducted to ensure the recent repairs to our system are 100% effective in case of an actual emergency.. This is a result of our Reg 4 testing that occurred in August. The fire alarm testing will begin at approximately 9:00 a.m. and we’re hopeful it will be completed before 10:00 a.m. The alarm will be sounding intermittently and not for the entire hour.
As a reminder, candidate nomination forms must be turned into management before 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 18th if you wish to be considered eligible to run for the Board. If you have yet to receive the forms, they can be picked up at the front desk, or they can be emailed to you via management.
The next Broadway Homeowners Association meeting will take place on Tuesday, September 17th at 6:30 p.m. in the fitness center. If you’re unable to attend and have a matter that you would like to discuss, please contact management.

On Tuesday, August 27th, The Stanley Louis Company will be on-site servicing the building’s boiler. The servicing includes draining, cleaning, and relining the tank to prolong the life of it. As a result of the servicing, there will be an interruption in your hot water service. The interruption will begin at approximately 9:00 a.m. and could last until 9:00 p.m. I apologize in advance for any inconvenience that this may cause you. Should you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me or stop by my office on the third floor. Take care, and have a wonderful day.
