Annual Meeting – 10/20/20

The Annual Meeting will be taking place on Tuesday, October 20, 2020 after a shortened General Session. Due to the passing of SB-323, building management can no longer handle ballots. You will be receiving your ballots from a third party election service called Ballot Box Services. You will then need to mail your ballot back to them before Friday, October 16, 2020. Association Meeting – 9/15/20

The next meeting of The Broadway Hollywood Homeowners Association is scheduled to take place on Tuesday, September 15, 2020. It will be called to order at approximately 6:30 p.m. The meeting will be conducted over Zoom. If you would like to attend, please reach out to management at for the Zoom information.

Freight Elevator – Temporarily Closed on 8/28

The freight elevator will be temporarily closed the morning of Friday, August 28th due to necessary maintenance work. The maintenance work will start at 6:00 a.m. and last until approximately 11:00 a.m. During this time, please utilize the main elevators in the lobby. Candidate Statement Forms – Due Tomorrow

If you’re interested in running for an open seat on the Board of Directors, your candidate statement forms need to be turned into building management by 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 4th. Treadmills on Rooftop

With local gyms being closed for the foreseeable future due to the COVID-19 pandemic, two of the treadmills from the gym have now been placed in the northwest corner of the rooftop for all to use.

As of now, it will be on a first come first serve basis. When using the treadmills, please keep the length of your workout to under 45 minutes so everyone has a chance to use them. When you’ve completed your workout, please wipe down the machine. Disinfectant wipes are provided.

All rooftop rules still apply, and wearing a mask is REQUIRED.
