24+ Hour Water Shut Off – Hot Water Tank Repair

As part of our continued efforts to maintain the building and its equipment, a water shut off has been scheduled to begin at approximately 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, May 25th. The shut off is required to reline the building’s hot water tank.

At 9:00 a.m., the hired vendor will begin draining the tank so it can be relined. Draining the tank will take anywhere from one to two hours. After this is completed, the relining of the tank will occur. It will take the vendor between six and eight hours to complete the relining process.

Once the relining process is completed, another twelve hours are required for the relining to dry. After the drying is complete, the vendor will return to the building on Thursday, May 26th to fill the hot water tank and restore service to the building. We’re hopeful the water service will be restored around 11:00 a.m.

Dream Hotel is offering a discounted overnight rate on Wednesday, May 25th for all Broadway Hollywood residents. Their offer includes $259.00 plus tax for a Bronze King room or $279.00 plus tax for a Silver King with a waived amenity fee.
