Life & Fire Safety System Repairs in Common Areas

On Wednesday, September 28th, N.I.C. Protection will be on-site to perform the final deficiency repairs that were noted during the most recent Reg-4 testing / performance report.

These repairs will take place in the fire control room (located on the lobby level), the fire alarm panels on the 4th, 9th, and 10th floors, as well as the valet elevators. As part of the repairs you may here the minor fire alarms annunciate in those specific areas. Please disregard these alarms. The building’s master alarm will not be sounded.

The repairs will begin at approximately 9:00 a.m. and will be completed within a couple of hours.
