– Oversee all Main Lobby and Front Desk Operations
– Loading Dock Reservations
– Rooftop Reservations
– Update Resident Profile/Guest Lists
– Vehicle and Pet Registration

Resident Relations Coordinator, Adrian Abarca –
– The manager on Duty (MOD) Saturday and Sundays
– Valet requests (if needed)
– Dry Cleaning, Package and Food Delivery
