He will handle all things associated with and correspondence between anything having to do with residents. – Statement Billing Issues
– Compliance Matters
– Direct link to General Manager and Engineering (Emergency)

Front Desk Lead, Lawrence Amador – lamador@actionlife.com:
– Oversee all Main Lobby and Front Desk Operations
– Loading Dock Reservations
– Rooftop Reservations
– Update Resident Profile/Guest Lists
– Vehicle and Pet Registration

Resident Relations Coordinator, Adrian Abarca – aabarca@actionlife.com:
– The manager on Duty (MOD) Saturday and Sundays
– Valet requests (if needed)
– Dry Cleaning, Package and Food Delivery
– Pool Attendant Services (towels/refreshments)
– Air Filters, or Key Requests
– Local Neighborhood Events
– Committee Liason (Social, Design and Resident Relations)
