Manager’s Message – Building Announcements Updates

Hi Everyone,


HONORABLE MENTION – To Bob Mansell, Board President and Angel Nunez, Building Engineer, for their quick work in identifying and approving the Valve Replacement repairs in a very timely manner to prevent any further damage to the Mechanical Boiler System. Angel’s impeccable grasp of the systems functionality and well organized repair efforts got (8) valves replaced in record timing of 3.5 hours! Thank you to the Membership for your patience without your water all day.


ARCHITECTURAL APPLICATIONS – The following renovations will be taking place in the building.

– 7th Floor – pretty extensive interior renovations.

– 10th Floor – minor lighting/electrical upgrades.

If you occupy these floors please or are above or below you may hear the work being done. Please let me know if it is outside allowed working hours or becomes to noxious at all and we will do our best to mitigate.


LOFT CRAWL – It seems that the date chosen conflicts with the Super Bowl festivities so the Social Committee has decided to postpone the Loft Crawl until a later date (TBD possibly Summer). They apologize for any confusion that this may have caused and look forward to determining a more agreeable date to maximize attendance for all.
