On Wednesday, November 9th, the Association held it’s reduced quorum Annual Meeting to determine what candidates would win the two open seats on the Board of Directors and the outcome of the IRS Revenue Ruling 70-604 that determines whether or not any excess income from 2022 would remain in the Association’s operating account. The results were as follows:
Election of Directors – Two candidates ran for the two open seats. Eric Bescher received a total of 30 votes and Lanny Ziering received 24 votes. Both Lanny and Eric now have terms on the Board until the 2024 Annual Meeting.
IRS Revenue Ruling 70-604 – A total of 30 votes were received an all votes were in favor of any excess operating income be left in the Association’s operating account.
