The major demolition phase of the rooftop reconstruction project is approaching very quickly. On Wednesday, March 23rd, jackhammer testing will be performed on the rooftop beginning at approximately 12:00 p.m. The idea behind the testing is to see what type of jackhammer would be best to use to attempt to mitigate the amount of noise and vibrations felt on the higher floors of the building. The testing could take as long as four hours to complete.
During the testing, the units on the higher floors will experience intermittent periods of loud hammering and vibrations. It is recommended that you remove pictures off of your walls, as well as any items that could slide off of a shelf / mantle.
Should you need a quiet area to host or attend a Zoom meeting, please don’t hesitate to contact management to use the management office on the third floor for an hour or two.
As always, should you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact management at sbieber@actionlife.com.
