The Association’s Annual Meeting was held on Tuesday, November 16, 2021 (reduced quorum). There were two items to vote on. The first item being IRS Ruling 70-604. The voting for this was as follows:
Yes: 24 No: 0 Abstain: 4
With this vote, any surplus of funds for the operating account from 2021, will remain in the Association’s operating account.
The second item were three seats on the Association’s Board of Directors. The voting for this was as follows:
Lawrence Chai: 22 David Gordon: 24 Kevin Hryciw: 29 Gregg Simon: 6
With this vote, Mr. Chai, Mr. Gordon, and Mr. Hryciw will remain on the Board of Directors and their terms will be extended until the Annual Meeting in 2023.
