Manager’s Message – Wearstler Lobby Selections
Hi Everyone!
Last week, the Design Committee reached out to the Sales Director at Wearstler to discuss return/exchange options, due to the overwhelming amount of disappointed responses received regarding the leather couch.
I am happy to say that this was welcomed with positive regard, however they were concerned about just “dropping in” another style couch with a completely different look and design, without staging a few other pieces with it to complete their look, and were delivered last week.
The pieces that are currently being shown downstairs, along with the Luciene Sofa (exchange option) are their suggestions for a “re-vamp” to the Lobby Areas.
The Design Committee welcomes your feedback on the options detailed below:
Option #1 – Keep everything the same and just replace with the Luciene Sofa (displayed).
Option #2 – Replace everything as shown (respectively) with the selections Wearstler Designers selected and staged.
Option #3 – Retain Wearstler Design and her complete creative license for a total re-fresh of the Building.
If you feel very strongly about any of the above-mentioned options, you have questions, or would like more detail, please email me at: gdantico@actionlife.com by Wednesday, 5/16/18. I will then liaison with the Design Committee prior to their meeting to be representative of the Membership consensus.
Otherwise, their selections with an estimate will be submitted to the Board for monetary approval at their next Board Meeting (TBD).
Many thanks!
Gina

CHAISE COVERS
Hi Everyone!
I hope this email finds you well and enjoying the beautiful weather we have been having recently.
The Board has purchased Chaise Towel Covers which, we have purchased a small towel rack and a laundry basket adjacent to the stairs leading to the Pool Entrance. Since our Pool Attendant Service is Seasonal (May-Sept only) this will need to be a self-service honor system.
Please discard of your used covers to be laundered in the basket. The Front Desk Staff will do periodic sweeps of the Roof Top to empty the basket and replenish the rack. Should anything be over capacity or empty please make a call down to the Front Desk 323.463.2487 and they will attend to your requests.
The Board understands that the cushions are not wearing as well as they had hoped and are vigorously working with the Design Committee for replacement possiblities. This Lounge Cover allows for a year round option to protect the existing or replacement cushions should that be what is determined.
Please do let us know your feedback or come to the next Board Meeting scheduled for 10/19/17 at 6:30pm in the Fitness Center and discuss with them directly during Homeowner Forum. Thank you kindly.
Team Broadway Hollywood.
