Hi Everyone,
When we did the Reg 4 Testing yesterday and shut the power off we experienced a slight complication getting our Mechanicals back online, so we had to do a complete and total Manual re-set. As a result, some of your AC breakers (2&4) may also need to be re-set by switching them all the way to the “OFF” position and then back to the “ON” position.
If anyone has any issues or would like Mangement Staff to assist please let us know. Many thanks!

Dear Residents,
N.I.C. Protection will be performing the test of the Fire & Life Safety at the property, on Thursday, August 30th, 2018. Starting @ 9 am and ending @ 5 pm.
During this test the following will take place:
• Fire Alarms will be heard at various times during the testing procedure.
• The Elevators will be out of commission.
• ACCESS TO ALL UNITS IS MANDATORY.
• The ELECTRICITY WILL BE SHUT OFF TO THE BUILDING to confirm the operation of all Fire Life/Safety Systems (Alarms, Lighting, Building Communication, and Generator) on Emergency Power.
Residents, please remember to turn off all computers and reset your clocks after the electricity has been restored.
We thank you for your cooperation and effort in allowing us to proceed with this test and apologize for any inconvenience.

Dear Residents,
The rooftop pool has been temporarily closed due to a pool timer issue that was caused by the power outage on Saturday. The pool will remain closed for 24 hours and will be reopened no later than Thursday morning. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused. Please note that only the pool is closed and not the rooftop. Thank you for your continued patience and cooperation through these unexpected issues

Good Morning Everyone,
It is our sincerest apologies that you all are experiencing this power outage caused by a fire in one of LADWP service areas. The entire block of Hollywood Blvd went is out as well as Vine St . Dennis will be working diligently to restore all functionality to our building. I will keep you posted with any updates as needed, but you should be back up very soon if you aren’t already.
Anyone who is still without power please contact Gina at gdantico@actionlife.com or Alfredo at aburgenio@actionlife.com directly and we will personally assist each of you in restoring power to your home. Thank you.
Manager’s Message
Dear Residents,
We will be re-opening the rooftop pool deck for the weekend with exception of the Spa. A parapet wall has been built around it to isolate the construction area where repairs and additional testing is taking place.
Please note that the Construction workers will be sharing the rooftop with you for the latter part of the month and various additional areas of the rooftop deck, to include Cabanas, may be isolated for non-use temporarily, for their work to be completed, starting Monday 7/30/18, and possibly for the next 30 days through August.
We will continue to keep the pool open through these abovementioned repairs and you updated as we know more. Our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience that this may cause and appreciate your continued patience while we finalize the construction investigation.
