Good evening everyone,

Tomorrow Action Property Management is launching an industry leading online application that will allow you to access information from the comfort of your own home. This new application will be easily accessible from any of your favorite devices. Below are some of the improvements which have been made:

*Financial Overview: Residents will be able to make a one time payment or recurring payment, add/save multiple payment options and also view your Payment History.

*My Community: Under the My Community tab residents will be able to view a calendar of all upcoming events and amenities. Using this calendar you will now be able to view, update or create amenities. Additionally, the My Community tab will now feature a Pet Directory. If you choose to include your pet in this community Pet Directory you will be able to upload a picture of your pet as well as edit and update any of your pets information.

*My Home: Under the My Home tab residents will have the option to add, update or delete various items of information. Residents will now have the convenience of updating all there personal information, from email address to work phone number, in one place. Guest information, along with any instructions for the front desk staff, will also be able to be updated under the My Home tab. Another great feature that will be provided under the My Home tab is the Pick Ups section. Under this section residents will be able to see packages that are waiting for pickup as well as any packages picked up in the last 30 days.

Residents will be able to login with an existing Vivo account or register for a new account by visiting https://resident.actionlife.com/ starting October 16.

As the Hollywood Pantages kick’s-off the 2018- 2019 season with the new musical A Bronx Tale, a special offer for the residents at the Broadway Hollywood is available. A discounted ticket rate of $57.50 will be available for the show scheduled on Tuesday, November 6th. Furthermore, there will be a pre-show mixer being held at Wood & Vine, where free appetizers will be provided.

Hi Everyone!

Your safety during an emergency is very important to the Management Staff, so we will be conducting an Annual Emergency Evacuation training in preparation for fires, earthquakes, and other emergencies that can have an impact on the occupants and staff of this building. The training will include occupant/resident instruction; Floor
Warden training, building staff training and an Annual Fire Drill conducted under the direction of an approved High-rise Fire Safety Director in accordance with the L.A.F.D. approved Building Fire/Evacuation Plan for this high-rise building.

One aspect of this plan requires a responsible person on each floor of every high-rise building to be designated as a Floor Warden and one person as an Alternate Floor Warden. All floor wardens will be trained in high-rise emergency procedures and working with the Fire Safety Director of the building and the fire department during emergencies. The main duty of the Floor Warden/Alternate Floor Warden is to ensure evacuation of all occupants/residents of their floor during emergencies.

History has shown that emergency planning, preparation, and practice in conjunction with neighbors helping neighbors diminishes personal injury and property damage as a result of fire, earthquake and other emergencies.

Broadway Hollywood HOA, your Fire Safety Directors, Gina Dantico, Angel Nunez, and the Los Angeles Fire Department invites you to become an active participant in our fire safety program by joining our Annual training and Fire Drill will be conducted on October 10, 2018, as follows:
2:00 pm STAFF Training
4:00 pm FSD Training
6:00 pm Resident Training
6:30 pm audible FIRE DRILL

We are doing an event for neighborhood residents on Tuesday, November 6th and will kick off our 2018-2019 Season with the new musical, A Bronx Tale. We’re hoping to make this a regular thing we can offer our neighbors and already have places like Eastown involved and would love the have the Broadway join us as well.

Generally, we are available to take your call Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, but we are leaving at 1:30 PM today, returning Tuesday at 10:00 AM.
