Manager’s Message – Hollywood Blvd. Closures


Please be advised that the annual Los Angeles Culture Festival and Parade is taking place on Saturday, June 23, 2018. The parade will take place on Hollywood Blvd, with a full street closure of Hollywood Blvd from Western Avenue to Highland Avenue beginning at approximately 10:00 AM and be lasting until approximately 3:00 PM.

There will be traffic control officers and safety personnel throughout the area. More information on the route and the event can be found here:

This is a First Amendment event permitted by the Los Angeles Police Commission. If you have questions, comments, or concerns regarding this event or the permitting process, I encourage you to contact the appropriate parties:

Manager’s Message – Construction Notice

Hi Everybody!


Just wanted to make you all aware that we will be commencing the 1st Phase of the 10th Floor Construction efforts to get both the Corridor and the Patios waterproofed. We will begin with the anchor unit 1005 for the entire month of June and then into the Corridor mid July.


Please prepare yourselves for a considerable amount of construction noise coming from the 10th Floor Balconies from 8am-5:30pm. We will do our best to keep disturbances to a minimum, however we are rebuilding the decking system on that upper deck.

Manager’s Message – Building Announcements Updates

Hi Everyone,


HONORABLE MENTION – To Bob Mansell, Board President and Angel Nunez, Building Engineer, for their quick work in identifying and approving the Valve Replacement repairs in a very timely manner to prevent any further damage to the Mechanical Boiler System. Angel’s impeccable grasp of the systems functionality and well organized repair efforts got (8) valves replaced in record timing of 3.5 hours! Thank you to the Membership for your patience without your water all day.


ARCHITECTURAL APPLICATIONS – The following renovations will be taking place in the building.

– 7th Floor – pretty extensive interior renovations.

– 10th Floor – minor lighting/electrical upgrades.

If you occupy these floors please or are above or below you may hear the work being done. Please let me know if it is outside allowed working hours or becomes to noxious at all and we will do our best to mitigate.


LOFT CRAWL – It seems that the date chosen conflicts with the Super Bowl festivities so the Social Committee has decided to postpone the Loft Crawl until a later date (TBD possibly Summer). They apologize for any confusion that this may have caused and look forward to determining a more agreeable date to maximize attendance for all.

Manager’s Message – Hollywood Heritage Museum Event

Hi Everyone!


May is recognized as National Preservation month. Hollywood Heritage is celebrating by curating a wonderful new exhibit of a recently restored Hollywood in Miniature built in 1938, that includes our beloved Broadway Hollywood Building.


The display is located a few blocks away on Hollywood Blvd at Cahuenga in a pop up museum annex.


WHEN: Thursday, May 17th.

TIME: 5-8pm



All Broadway Hollywood owners and residents are invited to attend this event. It is free, but individuals are requested to RSVP. You can put your name on the guest list plus one through the RSVP link embedded in the announcement attached.
