Alley Construction – Beginning 10/24/2022

Beginning on Monday, October 24th, Spectrum will begin dredging the south lane of the alley that leads to and from the garage area. This is estimated to take until Monday, November 14th to complete.

While the construction is in progress, it is very important that you provide ample notice to building management for any deliveries or move-ins / outs you have scheduled as these will have to be coordinated with Spectrum’s construction team as well as the construction team working on the roof of the building.

During the day, Spectrum will be providing traffic directors and in the evening, all dredged areas will be covered with hard plates to allow for two-way traffic.
