Ballots & Demolition Noise Test

Ballots for the Association’s 2021 Annual Meeting have been mailed out. You should receive them by Monday, September 13th. If you don’t receive your ballot by September 13th, please contact management immediately as it is very important that you vote on the three open Board of Directors seats and the IRS Ruling 70-604. Should you have any questions about the ballot, please visit the management office located on the third floor.
With the beginning of the rooftop reconstruction project in the near future, a noise test will be conducted on Friday, September 17th. The testing will begin at approximately 9:00 a.m. During the testing, which will last about thirty minutes, jackhammers and concrete saws will be used to see exactly how loud the demolition phase of the rooftop construction project will be. It will be very loud and the vibrations will most likely reverberate throughout the building. This will be the loudest phase of the project and will last between six and eight weeks.
