Good Afternoon Broadway Residents,

Repairs to the Heat/Cool Exchange for all residents has been successfully completed! We recommend that everyone has their breaker switches 2 & 4 reset for normal heating and cooling.

How do I reset my breaker?

Step 1 -Please power off your thermostat.

Step 2 -Locate your breaker box inside your unit.

Step 3 -Find switches 2 & 4 and turn them off.

Step 4 -After 10 seconds switch the two breakers back on.

Step 5 -Turn on your thermostat and set your desired temperature!
