Good morning Broadway Residents,

We will be conducting a necessary repair to Heat Exchanger that provides Heating and cooling to all residents today Friday February 1, 2019 between 7:00am-11:00am.

During this time you will not be able to use heat or cooling in your unit . It is not necessary although we recommend turning off your electrical breaker ( Breaker 2 & 4) during this time to prevent any malfunctions.
